  ?Rude, at least to me=when I entered no customers & did not get greeted. When a young, hot chick entered both employees hollered out a loud welcome...
  ?the mouth of the guy helping us was like a bullhorn, but getting him to communicate what options I had or progress made was ignored
  
  ??2016 the manager is incredible. His staff is so extremely skilled, knowledgeable (example=about unlocked phones, not just metropcs models) & kind. They are personable without taking from efficiency of completing the task at hand in a timely manner=a rare & precious gift

  Chip and Adolphus were very helpful!!!! Helped me buy a new phone transfer all my info over. Highly recommend this metropcs than any other ones.

  service is so good it's always clean, they always help me with everything I need, manager was so helpful and resolved an issue that another store didn't even want to try, their awesome!?

  Came to the Rockbridge Metro to only pay my bill. Well that happened as well as being sold WiFi wow Chip had lots of knowledge and so did Ms Martina he got my business need this type of customer service at all Metro’s these guys got great 3thumbs up! They did there thang! Excellent, Superb Customer Satisfaction is right here at this Location!
