Stephan did an exceptional job cleaning our living room sectional! I was most impressed with how detailed and thorough he was. We had Stanley Steamer do a previous job for us one other time and it was not great. I was hesitant to call them again but am so glad I did. It seems as though quality of job varies greatly depending on the integrity of the person doing the job. Bottom line: Ask for Stephan. You won’t be let down. I plan on specifically requesting him when needing another clean.

Jonathan Wash came out and did a cleaning of my hard wood floors. He was prompt and very informative along the way. He laid out the expectations and price beforehand. Booked an appointment to have my couch and chair cleaned, deodorized and protected. Deandre and Stephen arrived within the service window. They were very polite and attentive to what I wanted completed. They explained what they were going to do, what I could expect and asked for my feedback several times and made sure I was pleased with the results before completing the service. They answered all of my questions competently and were very patient and polite during the entire process. I will definitely call Stanley Steemer again.
