(December 28, 2020, 7:43 pm)The pharmacist is less than helpful. This is the second time a particular pharmacist told me my doctor did not call in my prescription. These were different doctors and different occasions. Miraculously the next day, with a different pharmacist, the prescription was there. The rest of the store personnel are very helpful but the pharmacy is the worst!
Update: When the pharmacist called down ...., she was overwhelmed as two of her staff had called out, she was helpful. I also waited and she saw I wasn’t going to leave. She looked for my prescriptions another way and found them and apologized. We are all feeling overwhelmed in these crazy times... we just have to take a breath and refocus. I appreciate her help in finding my prescriptions.
