Metro Water Filter of the South

We are so happy with our new water filter system. All the white hard calcium is now gone. Our water actually feels soft. Lamar came out and installed our system. He is a very sweet man. I have had to call the company several times with questions. They are always happy to help with any concern I might have.. I also live out of the service area, but they came anyway. Thanks.

I recently used Metro Filtration Systems out of Eatonton, Ga. When it came time to pay the bill, I jumped online and paid the total bill. $5600. Two days later I received a call from this company, which is also named MWF. They informed me that I had remitted payment to the wrong company. If he hadn’t been honest and called me, I would’ve had a time trying to figure this out. Although they did not perform the work at my house, their honesty was worth a 5 star review to me!

Used for several years. We had an issue with our system, and they came out 3 times to fix it. It was tricky, and their expertise and willingness to work to resolve our issue and not blow it off has sold me as a long-term customer. Also we love the taste of our water.

I’ve been using Metro for several years for my softener and a filter for my house and they’ve always been amazing! They’re super friendly and easy to reach. I recently had some issues with my water and they made sure I had someone out here ASAP to help. I appreciate that they also didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. I’ll be recommending them to everyone!

Matt came to our house immediately. Other companies told us 5-7 days before they could even make it out. Matt knew that we were in desperate need for the filtration system for the well. We purchased a 20 year old home that had smelly yellow water. Matt explained everything to us on the phone before he cane out and helped put our minds at ease. I want say what we paid for the system because I’m sure each home varies. However I will say it has been worth far more than what we paid. Steve came out the very next day and installed the system. He was also very courteous, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. We haven’t had any issues with our system, we thought we did a week after it was installed and I called the office thinking I would have to leave a message only to actually have a super nice lady answer. We received a call back immediately and Steve let us know that it was automatic update or something but was normal. These guys are all the way around one of the best companies I have ever dealt with and would highly recommend them. We felt like family while they were at our home
