Tate The Great Moving Company, LLC

I initially wrote a review about Tate the Great, and while I had ambivalent emotions about their performance, I was ultimately dissatisfied with the fact that I had damaged items and after months of back and forth with a claims company I couldn't contact, those items were never repaired/replaced. I reluctantly decided to post my negative review. Within minutes of posting the review, the owner himself called me to rectify the situation. He apologized immediately and offered to repair the items I specifically mentioned in my review. To me this is the best possible outcome of writing a reivew. A company that truly cares about their name and the satisfaction of their customers. He was unaware of my grievances and wished he knew sooner. Although there were some setbacks, his response and expeditious movement to action make me not even hesitate to use them if I need to move again. Those companies that make excuses for a customer being dissatisfied without even an attempt to rectify the situation, please take note, this is how it's done.

Mike and his team were absolutely great! They did an amazing job moving our furniture to the new house. They were super quick, efficient, and very professional. I highly recommend them!

Tate the Great Movers came through in a big way. I needed a 94 bedroom apartment complex (with no elevators!) emptied with almost no notice. They squeezed me in and worked until the job was done. Everyone was so courteous, asked questions instead of assumed, were communicative, and pleasant to work with. I would not hesitate to use them again for a personal move or another commercial move. 10 out of 10, would highly recommend!

Amazing team! I had the privilege of working with Eddie as a team leader today. If you move, ask for Eddie! He is one of the hardest workers I’ve ever seen in my life. I considered myself a hard worker until I saw him today. He never stops moving and can make a square peg fit into a circle hole! Exactly what you need for moving! He is a constant go getter! I live in a three story town home and he ran up and down the stairs like he was a 15 year old kid! His team of Ray, Malek, and Darren were great! They never stopped working. I have worked with other moving companies where the “kids” were on phones and chatting amongst themselves. Not these guys. It’s a job for them! Thomas (the owner) accommodated my last minute move And was happy to do so. The guys wrapped every piece of furniture and all “loose” items. Amazing company! Highly recommended

I had such a wonderful experience with Tate the Great Movers. The team was professional and arrived on time. They worked tirelessly to meet my needs and delivered white glove treatment to my fragile mirrored pieces. I couldn't ask for a better set of movers! I must say they exceeded my expectations. The owner was integral in helping my husband and I choose the exact package we needed for what turned out to be our huge haul.
