“I love it here. As a first time dog owner, they make the experience very comfortable. They answer my millions of questions with a smile on their face. They’re very good about phone calls and reminders. The staff is very kind. They have always been pretty timely as well. I feel that my pet is in safe hands.”

“She is the biggest reason we go to Fayette Veterinary Medical Center. Hands down the most conscientious, wise, and most importantly, compassionate Veternerian I've experienced in decades of pet stewardship. She's taken care of all our pets for years.”

“Our companion animals (2 cats, 1 dog) consistently receive excellent care at Fayette Veterinary Medical Center. The doctors, technicians, and staff demonstrate a genuine concern for my pets' health and comfort, while making sure to fully explain procedures and recommendations to my family. Highly recommend!”

“I took my Roxy today because she had accidentally ingested weed killer from chewing on grass that had been treated. I called 3 local vets who could not see me on the same day and all 3 recommended I take her to SAVES. I was nervous because I know animal ER centers tend to be higher priced (Even with pet insurance I was nervous for the upfront costs.) I think every person at that facility was incredibly kind and helpful. From the first call I made, the vet tech, the doctor, and the receptionists were all great. I felt very comfortable and at all times I felt my dog was safe and in the right hands. In the end, I felt like SAVES actually cared about what Roxy needed and not taking me for every dime. Hopefully I don't have to make many trips here, but I will continue to choose SAVES for my pet emergencies.”

“I've unfortunately had a lot of emergencies with one of my dogs since COVID started this year. It is really tough to wait in your car or at home for hours for someone to call and give you updates on your pet, but its the same situation everywhere right now and I don't fault the VCA for this. I think they are trying their best to keep up but I have been concerned once or twice about how urgently they are attending to my dog based on her condition. I've been told in the past that they will bypass the "line" in order to see/treat the very urgent cases asap but I worry that they can't always make that judgement without seeing/evaluating the pet first. Most of the staff is really nice, professional and accommodating. I have come across 2-3 techs that have been flat out rude to me on the phone, but thankfully this is not usually the case. When my dog was here for an extended stay, they let me come visit her (outside only) one day just to put my mind at ease. Usually if my dog has to spend the night I will get a picture texted to me before bed or in the morning with an update, which is greatly appreciated. Doesn't always happen right now since they are so busy though. The doctors seem very thorough in their work and I like that they usually present me with my options and let me choose what I'd like to do - ex. "we can run bloodwork and also do an ultrasound, but if the cost is too much I'd recommend starting with just the bloodwork and we'll go from there". Lately my dog has been seeing Dr. Cornetta who is very patient with me and my frantic, anxiety-ridden questions. I trust her expertise and appreciate that she's trying her best to keep me calm throughout a pretty scary diagnosis/treatment plan with my dog!”
