Intuitive Choice Physical Therapy and Wellness

This is a pleasure to submit a review for Intuitive Choice.
I am 75 years old, in good health and active. However, several years ago I had a herniated disc, and I was able to avoid surgery because of my determination to follow my physical therapy regime that was prescribed for me. Since then, I've had a couple of flare-ups and had PT again. However, I am truly blessed to have found Intuitive Choice through diligent research. After reading the reviews and talking to the ladies over the phone, I decided to move forward, and what a difference they have made. In less than 2 months, my progress has been much faster than I expected. And it's a plus that Megan and Ashley come to my home. They are extremely professional and very through explaining everything in detail, so patient making sure I understand. They are truly dedicated to doing their best for you. I highly recommend them!!

I damaged my left thumb. I had surgery which left my hand useless. Since therapy, my thumb and hand are back to normal. Ashley and Megan teach you the exact purpose and functioning of each muscle, ligament and tendon affected. Aside from exercise, they went around my kitchen and picked out specic tasks, such as unscrewing jar tops, that apply to everyday life, showing me exercises to strengthen mobility. I am so appreciative of their knowledge and patience. I would highly recommend them to everyone wanting great results. They work great with seniors, myself included.

I would highly recommend physical therapy from Megan and Ashley to anyone! Within just four weeks, I have been able to bend my hamstring, do a lunge, and many other exercises without pain for the first time in several years. Through working with them, I have been able to strengthen my balance and core in order to regain my muscle mass that I lost. I have enjoyed the flexibility of doing physical therapy at home since it makes my busy schedule much easier. They are both extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient. Best physical therapy I have ever experienced.

Working with Megan and Ashley is one of the best decisions I ever made. What started as a Facebook post asking for doctor recommendations led to a consultation. They have truly given me my life back after spinal surgery. Their individualized focus means we work on whatever I need to work on at that time. Learning how all the pieces fit together helps me implement what I have learned between sessions. I have literally tried everything to help my pain, but this is the first thing that truly consistently worked for me. And continues to work for me. I’m so happy they look at the whole picture when creating a plan.
