Kirkland's

I must say that I don't enjoy writing bad reviews so I won't. What I will say is there a long time associate who I've seen many times in my visits to this store who seems to have an issue with people like me as in, she makes no effort to offer assistance or answer any questions in a helpful manner. Now I will also state that this store is always very clean and organized and all other associates I've encountered were exceptional. It seems the associate I speak of is in need of retraining in diverse behavior. I am extremely frustrated because the item in question that she refused to assist me with was something I had been on the hunt for, for a long time. Please do better.

Great place for home deco and/or gifts

Awesome place!!! I simply love Kirkland's. My last visit was very pleasant. I fell in love with and bought a cabinet but couldn't fit it in my car. A very nice salesperson allowed to pay for it and leave there until my daughter arrived. I believe her name was Vicki, she was a very nice petite brunette.
