Dr Kress’ reputation is stellar for a reason. He came highly recommended by my PCP. Twelve (12!) of my neighbors have had hip or knee surgery and are all extremely satisfied. I am honestly looking forward to having my surgery (did I just say that?) as I’m confident in Dr Kress’ ability and that of his team.
Areas for improvement
Front Desk - Greet all patients with a smile and ask How can I help you? or another appropriate/professional phrase.
Additionally, when patients give you documents in your hand, the representatives that work for the company should politely place back in your hand, not on the counter.

Waiting Area - It was clean and neat.
Waiting Area - Patients could get tea, coffee, etc.
Changing Area - Clean!
Bathrooms: Clean and tidy.
The person who escorted back to the changing area was nice. He answered questions and explained nicely.
The employee who took my vitals was very pleasant.
He smiled and was very accommodative.
Nurse Practitioner - She was very thorough, professional and pleasant. However, the work and class documents stating we were on the premises for medical reasons were not on Letterhead. Documents for patients should be written/typed on company letterhead.
One of the best orthopedic surgeons around . He took his time examining my mom and was very kind and explained the procedure thoroughly. He has an Excellent staff. When I was looking up an orthopedic surgeon and asking around, I heard Dr kress name from majority of the people I spoke to. And he proved it. Highly recommended.
My experiences started in June and September of 2013. Dr. Kress replaced my left hip in June and my right hip in September. Both experiences were more positive than I ever thought they could be. The small amount of follow up after surgery has been just as pleasant. I am grateful that we have Doctors of the caliber of Dr. Kress and his PA Eddie.

This practice is excellent in terms of care and customer service. Dr. Kress and his team are the best. This is my second knee surgery with them and I’m progressing nicely! I especially love how they follow up with you on the daily post op.
