As an investor in the Atlanta area, he has really helped us in making smart investments as well as providing us a target price to sell after we complete our renovations, pretty amazing how he seems to be spot on every time. We do not finance our properties so having someone to trust to give a completely honest assessment is the most important thing for us. Mike definitely does that.
