I am pleased with the service I have received with Lee Dawkins' agency. I needed information about their roadside assistance program when I had a flat tire. I believe it was Sharon who took my call and connected me with their service center.
The service center followed up with me to see if the serve rep arrived, and called again to make sure I was satisfied.

This is an example of why I want to support local businesses, because of the personal service, and if they make a mistake, are responsible enough to resolve it, rather than talk to a different person each time at a call center.
