Back in December, I contacted Digital Precision about a branding project I needed to have done. Preston was great to work with. He provided me with a reasonable rate and informed me on the vinyls he would be using. He mentioned there was a chance that the type of vinyls being used could delaminate, but assured me if that were the case he would warranty the work. Unfortunately, he was correct, and not long after initial installation, the vinyl did in fact delaminate. This was an unfortunate experience, but no fault of Preston and his quality of work. True to his word, he redid my ENTIRE project with a higher quality film. That experience alone spoke to the type of person Preston is and the kind of ethics he is operating his business under. I’d like to add, I’m VERY particular about how I like things done. He met or exceeded my expectations on all accounts.
I will say, communication could be improved, HOWEVER, I recognize Preston is managing this business mostly by himself and between installs and scheduling other (probably much larger) projects than mine, I understood it would take some time to get back to me. So, if you’re looking for a branding project I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Digital Precision. Just be patient with his communication - he’s literally got his hands full. I promise the results are worth it and you will absolutely be taken care of. Thank you Preston. I will be contacting you for all my future branding needs.
