“Dr. Kapoor was wonderful. He explained the images of my eyes, which were very healthy with no problems. When examining my eyes and asking does this make it better or worse, when I said worse, he told me that that was my old glasses prescription, which were too strong. No wonder I was having problems seeing. I picked up my glasses today, 3 pair, 2 regular and one pair for the computer. I can see so much better now. I highly recommend him. The entire staff was also very helpful.”

“This gym is like cheers, where everyone knows your name! I can't say enough good things about this gym. Every trainer here is helpful and nice. The owner, Brian, is a total goofball and makes it a really fun environment. All the equipment is in great shape and clean. The small group training is my favorite. Small classes with help from the trainer when you need it (and I always need it). Definitely a gem of a gym in Forsyth!”
