Debra, perhaps their shipping manager emailed me back and told me they were not in stock but expected the next week. Two weeks later, with still no shipping confirmation, I tried to call them to find that no one answers the phone (now yellow caution lights are blinking in my mind), but I left a message. Eventually, Debra got back in contact with me by email and returned my card. They are a reputable business, but they need a little bit of work when it comes to customer relations and answering their phones.”
