I am the customer they don't want(still have a lot of hair) and they could not have been nicer. Almost 3 years after my procedure I contacted them on a whim that I noticed some thinning. I didn't blame them and don't point fingers. We all age. My 1st procedure was extremely small and if anything I figured they may not take it (sub 750 grafts). Dr. Cole himself not only responded timely but offered a 'tune up' at almost no charge. He just wanted a satisfied customer. As a business owner time is of value to everyone and I actually refused to take a hand out I was so impressed. They scheduled me again at my convenience (again their time was better spent on a larger case) and just got the job done.”

“My buddies and I had a really fun time here. We had stayed here til it was really late. The laser tag was just epic. Maybe some AC would be helpful, because we were hot. Maybe, that's the point. Anyways, that was fun. I ordered hot wings and they were so good. The servers were all awesome and pretty funny. They handed all 12 of us men very well. Of course, the arcade was fun. Can't beat that. The entire place is SO clean including the bathrooms!! I will be back.”
