To add, their facility was very clean and I can't say the same for the one near my house. They need to seriously clean their restrooms at store #100. Not this one though, everything was clean, everyone had a smile on their face and seemed happy to serve me my $5 Monday smoothie. The guy here even opened the door for me. “Dr. Cat was the sixth doctor I interviewed for my breast reduction/lift. Feeling defeated from the first five consultations, I was referred to Dr. Cat by a friend. I made the appointment and was luckily able to get in at the time and day I desired. Her front desk staff were kind, welcoming and prompt. Upon meeting Dr. Cat, I met several of her nurses that were also very kind and put all my apprehension at ease. Dr. Cat had exceptional bedside manner, and actually took the time to listen to what I wanted and did not tell me what I wanted (other doctors did). She suggested a process that other surgeons had not suggested, and she was also extremely realistic on expectations. The day of my surgery, I met all the staff and doctors that were assisting Dr. Cat. My anxiety immediately went away, as everyone took the time to speak to me individually. They were exceptional. In closing, my results far exceeded my expectations. I had already prepared myself to believe that I would never have small breast, I would always struggle with clothes, and I would never be "normal" looking. I look amazing. “Prior to seeing Dr. Giardina I'd never seen a male gyn and to top it off was extremely nervous about my procedure today, Dr. Giardina and his nurse Shelby Arnold, LPN were fantastic. He was explained everything he was doing in layman's terms I could understand. Even the nurse commented on his way with analogies. They both talked to be the entire time and he kept me laughing. By the time I started really feeling uncomfortable and crampy the procedure was over! It's evident they both love and are exemplary at what they do. I was so nervous when I first came in my BP was 164/76 (I'm only 26 yo.), Nurse Shelby told me to breathe and patiently gave me time to calm down. Once my heart rate decreased she did it again and got 122/66. A+++ in bedside manner for them both!”
