Best ENT I have ever been to. Very thorough and really listens to your concerns, while walking you through the treatment plan in detail. Seems to really care about his patients and making things easy; went out of his way to fax my prescription to my pharmacy even though it wasn’t in their online system. Had another ENT totally dismiss my issues, but Dr. Herman really looked in to everything and figured out what was going on.

Appointment was right on time and check-in was easy too!

Dr. Herman is fantastic. He is thorough and you can really see how much he loves his patients. The experience was very pleasant and I will recommend him to anyone in need of an ENT.

Staff was pleasant, attentive to my needs, Dr. Herman was extremely knowledgeable about my condition, Dr. Dunn audiologist appeared more than competent regarding her field of expertise, provided gross information on hearing loss and hearing devices. Secretary more than competent in her field. She made numerous calls as a check up means and to offer scheduling options. I high recommend this practice to others. Office neat and clean.

Zero wait time. Friendly and professional staff. Dr. Herman explains diagnosis and lets you know possible prognosis. He keeps it simple so you can understand and feel good about treatment options.

He is very smart , compassionate , caring. He did my sinus surgery which was awesome and he has a great staff. He also is very good with allergies
