My son has been with Kadiant for a year and a half and we have had nothing but great experiences with Kadiant.
He started with Kadiant during the pandemic and did telehealth until he could start in person at the clinic. Telehealth was good, but the clinic is GREAT! The clinic is my son's favorite place to be outside of our home.
He has a wonderful BCBA who has been with him since the beginning. He had the same RBT for over a year. She was fantastic. When his hours increased it coincided with his RBT becoming a BCBA and so it was time for a change in RBT. His second RBT is wonderful.
His BCBA is incredibly supportive of my son not only when he is at the clinic but outside as well. She is in communication with my son's school and has worked directly with the BCBA in our county school system. Per request she attends school meetings and has provided so much insight to the team.
His BCBA does wonderful parent training and provides fantastic support. She communicates well what is going on at the clinic so that I can support what she is doing at home and vise versa.
My son has a lot of struggles and is far from perfect, hence ABA. At Kadiant he is loved and accepted for just who he is. The folks at Kadiant are the only ones who have not given up on him.
