Even though there's a backup pretty much everywhere for appointments to get an estimate, she helped me get in about a month after I initially called for an appointment. On the estimate side, Kent walked me through what he planned to do and how he would rewrite my initial photo estimate from Geico. Didn't end up getting the repairs after Geico said that my 2004 Nissan Pathfinder had too much damage, but I'll be going back to Gerber on Alabama Ave. again if I get into any kind of auto body pickles as long as I'm a Nashville resident. I had a great experience at Gerber Collision & Glass. They helped make the best of a bad situation (having someone hit your car is a scary, stressful situation). Everyone who works there is very friendly and professional. Jim took great care of me and my car. It's so clear that he cares about his job and his customers. He kept me updated about the progress with my repair every step of the way, and got the job done as quickly as possible. They did a great job on the repair and my car looks brand new again!

I had to get my car's rear side repaired from an accident. Upon my initial visit, Matt Sweetland was my assigned estimator and was very welcoming to me as I am normally hesitant around collision places. Matt gave me a detailed run down of what the process looked like to fix my car, showed that he cared about fixing it in an appropriate amount of time and sent me daily updates on the status of my car. I luckily was gotten in immediately! He was professional and extremely accommodating when it came to my insurance's lack of communication and the need of a rental car. After my car was fixed, Matt then went through my invoice with me and explained every charge and what it was for. I left feeling very pleased and confident that I did not get ripped off financially. I have never had such great service from a repair shop. Gerber as a whole was very attentive to my needs and all of the staff I came in contact with were very welcoming. If anything happens in the future to my car, I plan on coming to Gerber 1000%!

When I had repairs to be done from a wreck on my 5 month old Toyota Highlander, I didn't know where to go for repairs. Great experience from start to finish! Matt was extremely nice and took his time explaining everything to me. The ladies in the front office were so sweet, made sure I had a rental company come pick me up. I received updates on my car the whole time, they got it fixed and back on the road quickly.Highly recommend this company. They make sure their work is exceptional and the customer leaves happy.
