My family and I could not be more thrilled to have our mother at Vernon Springs. Not only is the facility so warming and a beautiful space, but the staff is 5 star. We have been blown away at the level of care they have for our mom. Jennifer has been over the top in staying in touch with us as things arise. She truly shows that she personally cares for their residents. They check on our mom to make sure she's coming to meals and even if she gets distracted, they come back and make sure she'll make it. They're there to give her the meds she needs when she needs it. They are so gentle in the way they interact with her, we are just so appreciative. The activities, art, yoga, bingo, movies are all our mothers favorites. She's had such a good time getting to know everyone, making new friends and settling in to her beautiful new home.

EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS!! Vernon Springs is a beautifully elegant facility in a great location. My sister has just moved here and our family's entire experience; from meeting with the owner, to working with the wonderful staff has been seamless. Jennifer, Zee, Cassandra and so many more have welcomed my sister and all of us with comforting hospitality. They are immediately responsive to the needs of the individual from medication, dietary restrictions, and general comfort. We were searching for a place where our sister can be inspired and feel at home and Vernon Springs offers well rounded care and daily activities to ensure the community is engaged. Our sister has a studio apartment that has a private foyer, kitchenette and large closet & bath. It is a beautiful space with plenty of room for her needs.

As a social worker and advocate for older adults, I have been genuinely impressed with both the care team and the management/leadership team at this community. Just recently I was visiting a patient under our hospice services who lives in their Seasons neighborhood. Staff who were unaware that I was observing were making such focused attention and connections with each resident individually—it was beautiful to watch! Anyone who loves someone with memory impairment will tell you that their loved one is “still in there” but it requires patience and unique ways to connect with them. I watched 3 different staff members on Seasons connect uniquely in the most sincere, meaningful way. This is the kind of caregivers you want around your loved ones if you are unable to provide the care yourself. And, each time I visit the care to the residents continues to be excellent and staff is always visible—it’s not a ghost town where I can’t locate a staff member to speak to or receive an update on a patient status.
The management and leadership of George and Robert is excellent! They are approachable and I like that they want to hear your ideas and suggestions.
Great synergy going on in this community and I’m looking forward to working together!

Nice, caring community that bent over backwards to meet the needs of our aging Loved One. Very attentive to details. Good food, staff was friendly, caring and attentive. Highly recommend.
