    I want to express my 100% customer service satisfaction with Chike Haynes, store manager, at the Metro by T-Mobile Camp Creek Marketplace location. I needed to replace my current phone. He took the time to explain all of the phone choices and answered all of my questions. By the time I finally decided on a phone, it was 5:45 pm with the store closing at 6:00 pm on last Sunday August 11th. He noted that the computer systems shutdown at 6:00 pm. He completed the sale and was nice enough to allow the time for my information (photos, text messages and contacts) to port over to my new phone. The process took an additional 30 minutes after closing. I truly appreciated him going above & beyond in helping me get a new phone. He is a great asset to your company. Thanks!

    Staff provides "exceptional" customer service. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They listen and offer cellphone brand suggestions and rate plans specific to customer preferences and budgets. Very pleased!!
