“Great grill, even better customer service!! We’ve had our grill for 3 yrs, we use it all year round & several times a week. It has been awesome even with customer neglect. Until this grill we’ve always bought “disposable” (cheaper to buy new than replace or clean parts). I noticed the burners acting up & realized they needed to be replaced. Monument has an 8yr warranty on burners 😮. I simply emailed them w/ a few pictures & in 3 days I had 4 new burners. They also gave me tips on caring for my grill so part’s would stay newer longer. A++”

Customer service is truly lacking in the healthcare field BUT Dr. Gordon and his staff got it right! They were personal yet, professional. They showed compassion but not overbearing. When I met Dr. Gordon on my initial visit he was very warm and easy to talk with. He explained the procedure and allowed time for any questions. I did not feel rushed. After my procedure (under anesthesia) Dr. Gordon and his staff made sure I was in good shape before allowing me to go home. Cudos again to the entire Staff. If you want to have a good experience with excellent customer service, you found a great place.”
