I can easily say this has been one of the best experiences I’ve had as a visitor. Greg was a phenomenal instructor and shaped the class around the needs of all that were in attendance. Going into great detail with the technique he had planned to teach and just as detailed with the technique that derived from questions from his students. When the class was over he stayed for an extra 30 minutes to allow the students in the class to work on whatever they wanted to. As a new person to a gym, Greg made me feel like i was at home and I learned so much in so little time.”
