I love Dr. Ricks and wouldn't trade her for anyone else. She's been my doctor for a few years now. She's kind and compassionate. She takes time to answer my questions and makes sure I clearly understand everything. I highly recommend her.

I have been seeing Dr. Ricks since she came to this practice. I appreciate her patience and knowledge. She is extremely kind and informative. I had a question on some of my labs that had gone to my primary care doctor and she had them forwarded over to her office while I was there so she could help me understand the report. She is always encouraging about my weight loss and asks about family members that also see her. She always leaves time for my questions, no matter how busy the day is for her. I have recommended many friends/family to her practice.

In an area where it's very easy to get lost in the crowd and just become a number to your doctor, this does not happen with Dr. Menon (formally Dr. Ricks). She always remembers little details that you know are not in the chart, she relates to you as a human being not just as a patient with an appointment that she needs to get through as fast as possible to get to the next one. She has great bedside manner and knows when to be serious and when it's ok to be light hearted and even say something to make you laugh. I 100% recommend her!
