Im Orthodontics

Im Orthodontics is the best! I went through a 9 month treatment of Invisalign and during it, I looked forward to going to the orthodontist. The whole staff is experienced and so kind. They took care of me throughout my whole journey. They are very efficient in getting appointments in and taking people right away. I loved my experience here.

I had a couple of different orthodontists in the past but I am very impressed by Dr.IM and her staff. She did very through exam ( We usaully spent much more time to take a photo and x-ray instead of meeting orthodontist in the past) and gave us a few differnt options . She explained differnt options with pros and cons. All my questions were answered. The office is very clean and staffs are kind. I will not hesitate to recommed doctor and office to anyone who needs orthodontist in this area.

Today is our first visit to Im Orthodontics. I am impressed with Dr. Im and her staffs. They were so welcoming and friendly. Daniel, the office manager was superb and excellent in every way. He ran our insurance before we get into the office, my son x-ray was ready in front of us and he explained the process and insurance with care. The office environment was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Dr. Im was busy but she took the time to explain and it was easy to understand. I would highly recommend Im Orthodontics to friends and family.

Im Orthodontics is very inviting and welcoming. I went to Dr. Im when my daughter had to get a second treatment of braces. They were such cool people that before we knew it both myself and two daughters became their clients. Daniel goes above and beyond to ensure that our treatments are covered, and always welcome you with a smile (I doubt that he ever has a bad day). Dr. Im is like a big sister, she cares more about you than your teeth. She takes time out of her busy schedule to have meaningful conversations that shows you that she cares about you, the individual. And let's talk about the staff, I swear that they're all taking something or drinking something to make them all pleasant and friendly - I want some🙂. They are the real deal.🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟++++. Thank you for always making our experiences memorable.

First of all, Dr. Im and staffs are wonderful in every ways from first day of consult and the last day of removal of braces/appliance for my little one. They are very courteous and friendly to the patient and never force any procedure unless you really need it. My baby girl was not scared of walking in this office not because their clean atmosphere but because how friendly and gentle Dr. Im and staffs are. Also we love outcome of the procedure on my baby girl. She had an under bite before but now normal and look great. I take my girls to the office every 6 months for a routine check and it is free of charge. I don't worry when it comes to getting braces for my girls.
