Agent was very helpful explaining our options for a hotspot device. He even offered to return to the store after his shift to complete the transaction. This was a great experience with Verizon. We will trial the device to determine if it serves our home needs.

Came into the store because my step tracker app kept not keeping track of my steps. The rep took a look at the phone and did a soft reset to clear out any software related issues. Also made sure the permissions were set up right and the app was updated. Thanks for the great customer service and helping with any problem big or small
