We moved into our home in Roswell 4 years ago. There were significant water issues in the crawlspace that had to be addressed so we used Crawlspace Doctor to fix these issues. Not only was he reasonably priced, but he was hugely knowledgable and did great work. Now that we're moving 4 years later, some questions came up regarding the same water issue during inspection (which were not related to the french drain originally put in). I reached out to Richard and he was hugely responsive and let us know his 20-year warranty transferred to the new owners of the home. This assuaged the new buyers and really saved us during the inspection process.
