Excellent Service. They did all they had agreed to do in a professional manner. Scraping the exterior doors took much longer than they anticipated but they did it diligently. Crew were always on time, hard working and courteous. They also replaced some deck boards and stained the whole deck. I would recommend this company.
We used the Painting Company to paint our brick house and siding. We wanted to use a very specific mineral paint made for brick, and they were recommended on the paint manufactures website as a knowledgeable contractor. Their bid was mid-range and the sales rep was knowledgeable on what we were looking for. The company was responsive, could start and finish quickly, affordable, overall did a good job. However, the process was a little more stressful than I felt like it needed to be. My one feedback to the company would be to allocate subs who have worked with certain products before to jobs that are using them. We hired this company because they were listed as being experience in Romabio mineral paint and the technique used in applying it, however it was clear the subs sent out had never really worked with it before. Our brick is very textured, and would have benefited from the traditional technique of back-brushing the first layer into the paint. We knew this would take additional time and were willing to pay for it, and assumed they would do it according to manufacture recommendation. In hindsight, I realize I should have been overly specific on what we were looking for and what we expected- not just assumed because they were listed on the manufacture website that they would do it “correctly”. There were so many areas where the sides of the brick were not covered because they only used a paint sprayer, and they ended up have to come back and brush it in anyway and spend more time than it would have taken to do it originally. I hate being a bit-picky person, and I know our contractor had another larger job he was taking care of at the time. If I could go back, I would explicitly state “this is how we understand the product is to be applied, we want that done and want someone who has worked with it before to at least be in charge of the job”. We would still recommend the company to other people, but with the suggestion to be very specific on what and how they want it done
We just had our entire main floor painted and had a great experience. The estimate process was quick and easy, not only did this feel like the best company to hire, they also had the best estimate. The vibe was professional from start to finish. Beyond the sales cycle, I really appreciated the color consultant service and then the painters themselves were professional and pleasant. They did an excellent job and I look forward to working with them again in the future.
My husband loved the job they did and he is very picky. Says it looks 1000% better. Juan and Alan were very efficient and professional. Susan and Jorge did a good job communicating. The color turned out a bit lighter than I thought it would but we are very happy with price.
Sales rep and paint team were all highly professional and met all commitments. Job completed quicker then expected.
Only critique would be some minor paint droppings on hardwood floors and a couple areas where we thought they would have sanded/painted a little more.
But overall thoroughly pleased and would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
