Andrew currently works with my golfers on a weekly basis. The analysis he gives is very thorough with a range of stretches/exercises to obtain better mobility and flexibility. Great guy and pleasure to be around, highly recommend!

After my back injury, Andrew was able to take me from bed-ridden to perfectly normal in a matter of weeks, all via teleconference during the Coronavirus pandemic! He is friendly, personable and professional. I would highly recommend him to a friend!

Andrew is an amazing therapist. I have been to many over the years, and Andrew beats them all. He starts each session by listening to your perception of what is happening with your body, then includes a response to your input as well as his specific directions to move along your progress toward your goals. Every session for me includes both physical therapy and personal training. He pushes in a firm, encouraging way and sincerely cares about his clients. I’ll be a client for a long time to come.

Dr. Zis is totally legit. I'll do my best here to put in to words how life-changing working with him has been for me.

I decided a few months ago to check out a local CrossFit box, CrossFit Breaking Boundaries #cfbb #cfbbf, as my counter to Mother Nature's latest assault on my body (menomorphosis). I was immediately hooked and super excited about it. It took me about ten weeks to arrive at the decision it was time to address the two shoulder injuries from long past (nearly a decade) obstacle course races.
I started with some soft tissue work which provided immediate positive results with respect to ROM. A couple of weeks later I met Andrew and learned he was the "in-house" DPT. He took the time to answer some questions I had about rehabbing and strengthening my shoulders. I told him about my goals: to play in ALL the reindeer games (pullups, snatches, cleans, anything and everything overhead).
Andrew offered a free evaluation visit and I took him up on the offer. It was an educational experience for me, to say the least. I learned what the major issue was for each shoulder and, more importantly, there was a very real likelihood we could fix them!
Andrew prescribed a set of PT exercises as a home exercise program to which I committed myself.
The results have been not only quick, but truly astonishing! In a few short weeks my pain-free ROM has increased dramatically. All of my overhead work is so much more stable. The coaches at #CFBB have even noticed a remarkable difference.
I feel I simply cannot describe in words the sheer happiness and utter joy I feel when I get my toes to those rings or when I'm snatching, clean & jerking or OHPing my latest max weight, when I can hold my handstands longer, and when I can feel the progress of my kipping pull-ups. I love that the beast in me is back!

Thanks, Andrew, for helping me and for being part of this journey with me.
