Purchased a RX350 three weeks ago. My purchase started with a phone call. Earnest answered the call and answered my questions regarding current inventory. Fast forward to twenty minutes later, went in to the dealership and received top notch service upon entering! A very pleasurable experience indeed! This was the BEST experience I've ever had in purchasing a new car!!! Samuel Hendrix was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable, accomodating, patient and most importantly no pushy salesman tactics. Mr. Scott was nice as well. I believe we got a good deal and the whole process took maybe 3 hours from arrival to drive out. I'm so glad we decided to purchase from this dealership!

I had a very nice buying experience at Butler Lexus, they were very transparent and showed me all available options for purchasing my new LS500. There was not a lot of back and forth with the sales manager and I felt like I got a very fair deal.
