My previous dentist replaced all but one crown in my mouth and when the dentist tried to replace the last one I said that just can’t be so I switched to Dr. Cansler about 10 years ago and he never replaced it and it’s good as gold. “Sam the front desk assistant was great! She was clear and personal and gave me all the good information I needed without referring me to a mandatory consultation (which is not free). I am still going to get a consultation Because I will need specialized services but she was able to give me an idea of what my treatment would look like and also money saving tips on my treatment! After calling about 50 places in and around Johns creek this morning; I have decided to choose them as my periodontist for me and my 10 yr old son! This is not a secret mission. Tele- counselors should have the ability to quote a ball park estimate for those in need! A little transparency goes a long way!”
