“Nice experience at this location. The sales associate Maury was available if needed but was not overly so made me feel more comfortable than at other stores I visited. The delivery did have a hiccup I got a double when I should have had a Queen. I understand mistakes happen and I thought it would be a week or so in my experience in this pandemic with other companies. But the factory called me directly and they delivered the correct mattress that same afternoon. Kudos to the OMF for taking care of this immediately. As for the mattress its been all I could ask for and you can tell the sturdy and good construction and I also enjoy buying local and these are made in Marietta. I highly recommend the OMF if your in the market.”
