We "found" Bonnie through other listings in our neighborhood and when we contacted her she responded immediately, came prepared at our first meeting, suggested home improvements and staging (admittedly I was skeptical but just go with what she says!) and was extremely prompt with documents and answering questions. She also has a great network of resources for painting, handyman, roofers, etc. Most important she is a great communicator and always a positive and encouraging voice during what can be a stressful time. I ordered the half sandwich as that was enough for this big eater. Also ordered the loaded Old Bay Fries with bacon, mozzarella and cheddar cheeses - another success. They went light with the Old Bay, giving it a balanced flavor that didn't overwhelm. Limited seating at their location, but amazing food!”
