Recently, I started having a leak in one of my back porch skylights (not related to the new roof) and called Elmi at Quality View and he immediately came out and repaired the leak. Not only did he repair the leak and clean the skylight, he cleaned the other three skylights which I did not ask him to do. That is called excellent customer service. Well done!

(December 20, 2021, 3:13 pm)Supervisor Elmi Romero quickly discovered why our porch ceiling has water damage. Not only did he tell us about the issue but also shared multiple pics/direct evidence of the source of the problem. (We had three roofers over the years who never resolved this problem.) Additionally, Elmi pointed out additional issues and resolved those quickly as well. We are so pleased with his efforts and professional knowledge and honesty that we plan to have him replace my metal roof, replace the porch ceiling AND paint the house as well. It is so nice to know that someone with integrity, reliability, and a service-minded, can-do attitude is going to help us take care of our home. We highly recommend Elmi and his company!!!
