Copper electric did a great job. I was satisfied with their office scheduler to their installer.
Usually when front desk states another person will get back with me, that usually does not happen and you are usually the one following up. HOWEVER! Lynn spoke with me and she followed up the next day to schedule and make sure I was helped with everything I needed. She answered all my questions that I had as well. She is very sweet, helpful, and I recommend.
Installers (I believe his name was Frank and his assistant) was on time, professional, friendly, and respectful (took shoes off as our household prefers it this way without me even asking). They installed and set up everything, answered all my questions, made sure I liked where they were installing it, explained all other details I needed to know.
