At the Tire Center Costco members have an understated gem providing excellent service. From free tire repressuring and rotation to a voluminous inventory and professional installations, it is my trusted destination for all my tire needs.

I was at the shop a while back and I received absolutely amazing customer service from the young man at the front I believe his name was Philip. It seems like he loves his job and cares for the members and has a great attitude even when I didn’t really know anything about my car. Other shops will tell you a bunch of nonsense but philip did not try and sell me anything I didn’t need and worried more about my safety and working in my budget. I’ll be sure to be recommending Costco Tires Duluth to my friends and family and to let them know that they’re the best shop in town.

I had a puncture so I had to bring in my car for a repair. Due to my tire being a special order, I had to come in to order.

Tire came in. My tires were new enough that I didnt have to be charged anything for the new tire (price was $224 before mileage prorate).

Tire was replaced and rotated. Tire center found a puncture in my other tire and patched it. No more low tire pressure warnings!

We have a Tesla Model 3 that needed a tire rotation done. We didn’t make an appt. so we came in at 10am when they opened to drop off the car. The front desk service was fast and courteous. They were done with our car within an hour, which was awesome especially on a busy weekend. Thank you for getting us in and out for our tire service!!
