(January 30, 2021, 1:49 pm)The whole process here was smooth, temperature check, check in on a tablet, called back for a physical and then set up on a chair for platelet donation. I usually have a hard time and feel dizzy or numb and my donation has to be stopped half way through, but this was the smoothest donation I’ve ever experienced, thanks to Shay. She had great bedside manner and listened to my previous experiences which allowed her to make my experience so much better. If i get Shay every time I come, I wouldn’t mind donating here all the time.
