Laura who routs the calls was very friendly, courteous and kind. She directed us to speaking to Eduardo the owner. Eduardo and his mechanics had us bring in the truck and were quick to diagnose and solve the issue. Fair pricing, quick service, extremely knowledgable and great customer service. One of the best 👌, respectful, very supportive and professional truck shop I ever been. I am from Dallas, Tx and never had any maintenance issues around here. I have 2014 Freightliner Cascadia, It got overheating and kept shutting down the engine. I called to Edwardo on Saturday and he told me to bring the truck on Monday. I got here early morning before 8:00am. He moved the truck at front in order to drop my trailer ( don’t come with trailer b/c no room to park). Then, he immediately started working on the truck; being diagnosed it via computer and found out it was water pump issue. He told to one of is great and respectful mechanic named 'Anthony' to remove the part and work on it. what amazed me the most was that he handed me his on car without asking him in order to get the part( what a generous gentleman:). Anyway long story short, they finished the work within very short period of time. I am very grateful for their service and amazing personality. I recommend this place to everyone who's looking a great shop and well cooperative environment.
