Dr. Smith is awesome. He is really thorough and presents all the options for treatment from least to most invasive. I also love that he really listens to me and my concerns while trying to figure out how he can best help me. If you are having any issues with your knees, see him, he is AWESOME!

We love Dr Smith! We’ve got two family members currently being treated by him. He’s got a great bedside manner and always takes his time with us. He will always be our first call for foot and ankle injuries!!

The doctor was good and had good suggestions for dealing with my problem, but the person at the check in desk asked me about a bill for a previous visit. I told her I did not receive it but I needed to review with my insurance. She told me that I can easily print out my bill from a previous visit on line. I have a fractured ankle and not very mobile. For me that would be difficult. I told her that and she did not even offer to print me a copy. She was very indifferent about this. Not at all helpful. Very disappointed by the lack of care from her.

The entire staff is professional and friendly from the time I checked in/out. Dr Jeffery Smith was amazing and very welcoming. I love he did not offer surgery as my first option. I was very pleased with my first visit with Dr. Smith.
