“I'm gonna be honest folks, I forgot to post my update. Here goes; serviceman came out and performed the service, no issues or incidents, and the refrigerator work just fine afterward. Secondary update: the compressor went out on the refrigerator at the beginning of April 2023. Unfortunately, I did have to get this replaced and it was a costly piece ~ $1,200 for the replacement part and service. As I mentioned before, scratch and ding has an inherent risk when you purchase, in this case though it was a common issue with the model that we purchased. It is a known issue with this size LG fridge even for brand new purchases after further research. In summary: this place is great to work with and if you're good about doing your independent research, you can get good deals on appliances. My fridge was still a good deal, even counting the cost of having to replace the part just over a year into ownership we paid just under sticker price for the fridge.”

Called Givens and they had one and the price was right. They picked it while I waited ( about 20 minutes) I installed it in their parking lot and it worked fine, No more alarm everyti.e i unlocked the door and windows rolled up and down again. cleaned it up and it even matched my interior. This has been 8 months ago and the part still works fine. Great overall experience.”
