I was really hoping that someone from the store level would have given me a call after leaving a review on their website, but they have not. I placed a mobile order, and the store did not give me one of the items ordered in the family meal. After getting home and unpacking my order, although everything was labeled correctly, I was given extra fried rice instead of the teriyaki chicken ordered. I called the restaurant, but there was no answer. I took a picture of everything and let my kids eat. I drove back to the restaurant, where I waited in the pickup area almost 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I was given the teriyaki chicken. Well, over 35 minutes later, of course, everything else was cold.
