  this was my first time for visiting the bicycle doctor shop.i just vent in to ask questions about my bike.technician Max treated me excellent. he was patience.Max gave me all informations about service and recommendations for repair.he fixed bike.it was a pleasure to servicing bike at the bicycle doctor shop.my appreciation to Max. great service and I very happy. .thanks to all employees of the shop.

  I always like to look at the 1 star reviews after getting awesome service at a place to see what people were actually complaining about and sometimes you just have to laugh.
  
  My 5 star experience started with calling Joel after searching for a local shop in the Dunwoody area. I just needed a tune up or so I thought. Joel said bring it by to check it out and gave me a quote for the work I asked for (cheaper than any shop in town for the same work) he did let me know it would be about 3 weeks because of the back log of a pandemic, duh. They gave my bike a tune up, switched a cassette and put on a new chain. My bike literally rides like new. Will definately be back.
  
  My only complaint is they didn't help increase my average ppm...joking. Thanks guys!

  I recently bought two beautiful hybrid bicycle from Bicycle Doctor. Joel was and is now my go to person. He assisted and provided me with so much great information about what they do and the functions of the bikes I purchased. His professionalism and his welcoming was superb. I truly enjoyed their service. Very thankful.

  I ended up buying my first road bike here! Everyone I spoke to was super helpful and friendly. Joel was especially helpful and got my bike fitted and ready very quickly! I am super super stoked to take my bike out tomorrow and couldn’t be more grateful for this shop and the experience they provided for me while buying my first bike! ? will return here for any maintenance, to buy accessories, another bike, and will certainly recommend to friends and fam!

  I love this place! A hole in the wall bike-repair staffed by people who truly know and love bikes, and care enough to give the best service.
  No-frills, genuinely awesome and fast service, they will fix the problem you have.
