He works in the spirit of excellence, very knowledgeable of the appliances he install, and is able to move a 700lb Sub Zero refrigerator by himself. He doesn't talk much and that's a good thing as it shows he's focused on his job and executing it flawlessly. He pays attention to every detail starting with protecting the homeowners floors and countertops.
