Andrew took amazing care of me; walked me through everything, checked in for every step of the way; broke down costs and explained next steps and when follow ups would be necessary. He did a great job making me feel comfortable and confident in his work. He was extremely nice and professional throughout the process.

Came in because I suspected I had a nail in my tire. Andrew was able to locate the nail quickly as well as my warranty information so that I was able to get my tire replaced quickly. Andrew's service was also top notch! Very friendly and helpful and made sure to explain everything so I knew what was going on.

He was very knowledgeable 👏 👏 He was also very patience with me because I don’t know a thing about car. I truly am 💯 satisfied with his customer service. Andrew was awesome he was polite and friendly. The price I paid was fair and it did not take long for them to complete the job. I have a new found respect for PEP BOYS! On large part due to the staff. I know where my future repairs will be made.
