I have been so busy and was trying to find the time to reach out about the returns and you beat me to it and made things so much less stressful!

Nothing but fantastic! Customer service was excellent; quick responses, kind, kind people, many options for personal customization. I ordered 2 jackets from here. They were really nice, I just have a odd shape that is hard to fit off the rack. Unfortunately I had to return them but these will definitely fit most women and look really nice. I did keep the pants. LBT is very good quality. Annna returned my call and was super friendly. She assured me my returns would be processed in a timely manner. I definitely will be ordering from the new line coming soon that will be a better fit for me.

Hello, we have a NYE event and we wanted a unique, classy, sexy look for my wife. So researched and found LBT. I read some of the reviews and I was a little concerned, so I proactively called and left a message. I received a call back from Anna SAME DAY, she addressed my concerns and put me at ease. We ordered the tux and the quality was excellent and, our entire experience was excellent with LBT. We will be making more purchases. I would suggest you order up. My wife typically wears a 2 in Jacket and the 4 fits PERFECT; she usually wears a 2-4 in pants and the 6 fits pretty good but my tailor will make it look incredible!
