I’ve been going to crossfit gyms for over 10 years. This is by far the best coached and programmed gym I’ve ever been a part of. All programming is well thought out so members don’t overuse muscle groups and can work out daily without fear of overuse injuries. The friendly atmosphere of members is unmatched as well. I would highly recommend drop ins to give CF Airo a try.
Crossfit AIRO is all about quality, consistency, and building a great community. The workouts are not all Hero Wods which is great. We aren't always dying after every workout. The coaches programming is structured around developing new skills, building working capacity, and maintaining proper form to prevent injuries. The members are all awesome and are welcoming to every new face that enters the gym. All around a fantastic facility and a great group of people.
