My mom has been at this facility for almost 2 months, and when she went in we were anticipating that she would transition to Long Term Care. However, since arriving, she has progressed really well in her physical therapy and is now anticipated to be able to return home! Her progress has been phenomenal, the staff there are caring and friendly, and she has done better in this facility than I could have ever imagined. I only took one star off because I think (like many other facilities) they may be a little short-staffed at times.
My dad was accepted by this facility 9 months ago from Northside Hospital.
I was so scared at first because of the fact that he has dementia and he needed physical therapy. To my surprise, whenever I visited him he was always happy and the staff very pleasant.
