    Never have a problem staying that clean and when something need to fix they get on it am please that I can write this to the best apartment I ever stay in and I wish I can stay there again

    Ryan in the front office is an exemplary service provider! Any time I have ever communicated with him he has gone above and beyond to help me get things sorted out! His service makes up for the minor issues I have experienced in other areas living at the Golf Club Apartments. I hope you are recognized for your invaluable contribution to the office staff and as a team member at Golf Club Apartments! He is knowledgeable and thorough, but if he doesn’t know, he finds out promptly and finds a way to help you. Five stars!

    I’ve been here over 4 years.Convenient location, great community; neighbors are friendly and considerate and property management is attentive and helpful. If I ever have any concern Nick Carta the assistant property manager is only an email away. He always gets back to me right away and genuinely makes me feel valued as a tenant. I only ever had a few routine maintenance issues over the years( a/c made noise,ect.) they were over the next day and resolved the problem. (Replaced the unit). Happy to be a good part of this community!

    I can not express how great it was living at Golf Club. If you are looking for a great place to live with children this place is it. Everyone in this community is very kind and super neighborly. Its quiet, comfortable, and the leasing staff is warm and very welcoming. After 3 amazing years living here I have nothing but good things to say about this place and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a nice and conveniently located place close to Downtown West Chester. Any member of the leasing staff that you encounter is nothing but sweet and helpful. The maintenance staff is also another high point of living here they are a great group that gets any problems solved quickly and without question. All and all 5 out of 5 for me!!!
