“Ive never been a huge fan of Wendy's. My blood glucose got high and I'm now on the keto diet. Wendy's is probably the best fast food restaurant for salads. Subway charges more for a salad using the veggies they give you for free on your sandwich. Total BS. $11 for a sandwich without the bread! $8 salad at Wendy's is the much better deal. And they're good.”
