It was a great experience from the point of making the appointment to the getting it done and arranging for the refill. The person making the appointment was very professional, sent a text confirming the appointment, picture of the building where they are located, what to do to prepare for the installation and a reminder the day prior to the appointment. Mary is very knowledgeable, patient and professional and explained the process the types of lashes and how to take care of it. I 100% recommend them if you want gorgeous long lasting lashes for any occasion.
